For customer support, please log into the Everbridge Support Center to search knowledge base articles, access Everbridge University on-demand training and certifications, view service advisories, submit a new support case and manage existing support cases.
Everbridge Suite customers can access the Support Center from the Everbridge Manager Portal after logging in by choosing Help & Support from the far upper-right of the page, then the Everbridge Support Center link. VCC, CNL Control Center (IP Security Center) and Visual Fusion customers please access your customer portal here.

If you have received a message from an Everbridge platform, you will need to contact the sender.
The Everbridge platform is used by various third parties to send messages,
please reply to or contact the party that you received the message from if
you need help (i.e., if the message originated from your city or government,
etc., please contact them directly).
For profile changes, please login to the third party’s member portal, which
can be acquired by contacting the sender.
