Riz Karim is Senior Vice President, Global Services and Support at Everbridge. In this role, Riz oversees all pre-sales, professional services delivery, customer enablement, and customer support for Everbridge worldwide. His responsibilities include driving customer adoption and value, and ensuring a streamlined, frictionless customer experience.
Riz has over 20 years of software services and operational leadership experience. He joined Everbridge in 2015 as Vice President of Professional Services, serving an instrumental role in building teams, processes, and an award-winning customer experience culture that helped Everbridge scale to 5,400+ global customers.
Prior to joining Everbridge, Riz served in senior leadership roles at private and public companies based in the U.S., Europe and Asia, including PacketVideo, SDL and Idiom Technologies. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Harvard University.
