MJ leads Everbridge’s team of account managers and customer success advocates, by vertical, who develop “customers for life” through proactive relationship management. Through MJ’s leadership, Everbridge consistently achieves best-in-class customer retention, net promoter score (NPS) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores based on feedback.
Everbridge’s Global Account Management & Customer Success team supports businesses, governments and healthcare organizations around the world during some of the most difficult times and challenging situations. By providing world-class software solutions and industry best practices, Everbridge transforms how organizations respond to, and mitigate, digital and physical incidents impacting life safety, business continuity, supply chain, IT and cybersecurity.
MJ joined Everbridge in 2012. Recognized for her leadership in account management and customer success, MJ received a 2021 Stevie® Award, one of the world’s premier business accolades, and the Everbridge CEO Award, the company’s highest internal honor.
Prior to Everbridge, MJ held sales and account management leadership positions at CCBN, Thomson Financial, and Thomson Reuters.
